AUTONOMOUS WORKERS' STRUGGLES

Autonomous workers' struggles go beyond struggles which were organized by social partnerships by fundamentally revolting against the exploitative relationships in which workers are involved. The staff organizes the strike by itself, independent of the union. As a precondition, the workers must be able to organize themselves. "Nobody can take away the experience of revolts ."
